Property developer, landlord and former school teacher. With a background in Economics, James worked in a number of senior positions in top schools in London and Bristol before moving into property full-time in August 2019.
Having bought his first HMO in 2014, he has gained extensive experience as a landlord and has overseen numerous conversion projects.
As Director of Fairholm Estates, James is focused on delivering high quality HMO conversions and new build projects in Bristol and Manchester. The company is currently working on a number of projects, including its Carlton Park development in Redfield, BS5.
